Superb gîte located in a quiet village only 3 miles from the beaches of Bretignolles-sur-mer, with shared heated swimming pool. The cottage is very comfortable and spacious with enclosed back garden with direct access on to the children's play area and landscaped gardens. 

The gîte has been recently renovated and is full of old world charm with modern fittings and conveniences, including satellite TV and washing machine. 

The gîte is fully furnished with modern appliances including washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, infra-red hob,  Sky TV and a DVD player. The accommodation has a spacious lounge dining area with TV and sofa, kitchen area, separate bathroom and two good sized bedrooms.

The inside walls of the gîte have the stones exposed giving the accommodation a rustic but modern feel (lounge dining area, pictured below).
